We shall always recognize the weight of social responsibility and public mission, and shall clarify basic stance for business ethics and compliance, and shall promote healthy business activity, and shall establish the social trust.

Charter of Business Ethics

For all stakeholders related to us,

1. We shall comply with all of laws, regulations, and rules, and shall practice faithful, fair business activity without ethical misconduct.
2. We shall ensure clear management with social valuation through wide-ranging communication with the society including open and fair disclosure of true management information.
3. We shall have a sense of responsibility as good corporate citizen with international, high ethical standards, and shall contribute to development of domestic and foreign economy and society.
4. We shall assume firm attitude to antisocial forces that pose a threat to peace and safety of civil society, and never compromise.
5. We shall perform business activity with a strong emphasis on environment as global environmental conservation is the important mission as a company.

Norm of Business Activity

1. Compliance of Rules
   1. We shall comply with laws and regulations and perform activities in accordance with common sense and sensible manner of society considering social norm such as custom and ethic.
   2. We shall teach ourselves various rules including laws and regulations, and shall comply with them.
2. Fulfillment of Commitment and Time Limit
   1. We shall practice the most standard manner such as “Keep promises” as a member of society.
   2. We shall act to keep time limit to prevent troubles and accidents by thorough self-management.
3. Respect for Others
   1. In all cases, we never segregate or harass people according to sex, birthplace, nationality, religion, thought, disease, and handicap etc.
   2. We shall always respect others keeping in mind that they are equal to ourselves, and shall refrain from selfish actions respecting others’ feelings, and never pose any harassment.
   3. Each of us shall respect each other, and shall build heartwarming, thoughtful corporate culture.
4. Ban of Mixing Business with Personal Affairs
   1. We shall act without being aware of interests, and shall always judge the value from clean, fair stance.
   2. We shall never benefit ourselves by utilizing the duty and position, and never steal company’s property. We shall always control ourselves strictly, and shall always clarify business and private.
5. Faithful Job Performance
   1. We shall never tell a lie, pervert the truth, or hide it when we report, inform, or talk to anyone. We shall immediately report the current information, and shall take appropriate actions.
   2. We shall perform business with strong sense of responsibility, faithfulness, and fairness, and shall have responsibility for our own behavior based on the social criteria to judge fairness and adequacy.
6. Attitude to Antisocial Forces
   1. We shall be determined never to respond to threat from antisocial forces and never to compromise, and shall assume firm attitude to them.
7. Anti-Corruption
   1. We shall always enhance strong self-control to handle company money as well as private one appropriately, and work consistently.
   2. We shall always implement fair accounting work for work-related out-of-pocket expenses.
   3. We shall always keep business activities within reasonable bounds that do not socially create suspicion and mistrust, and shall keep humility and incorruption in mind.
8. Thorough Information Management
   1. We shall appropriately manage not only work-related, confidential information which we can get, such as finance, sales, technology and production but also personal information.
   2. We never trade treasury stock according to work-related undisclosed information that can severely affect stock price.
