1. We shall comply with all of laws, regulations, and rules, and shall practice faithful, fair business activity without ethical misconduct.
2. We shall ensure clear management with social valuation through wide-ranging communication with society including open and fair disclosure of true management information.
3. We shall have a sense of responsibility as good corporate citizens with international, high ethical standards, and shall contribute to development of domestic and foreign economy and society.

Norm of Business Activity

1. Compliance of Rules
   1. We shall comply with laws and regulations and conduct our duties in accordance with common sense, following social norms, customs, and ethics.
   2. We shall learn all necessary rules, laws and regulations, and shall comply with them.
2. Fulfillment of Commitment and Time Limits
   1. We shall practice standard commitment procedures and keep our promises as members of society.
   2. We shall act to keep time limits to prevent trouble and accidents through thorough self-management.
3. Respect for Others
   1. In all cases, we will never segregate or harass people according to sex, birthplace, nationality, religion, thought, disease, or handicap etc.
   2. We shall always respect others keeping in mind that they are equal to ourselves, and shall refrain from selfish actions, respecting others’ feelings, and never posing any form of harassment.

4. Ban of Mixing Business with Personal Affairs
   1. We shall act without being aware of interests, and shall always judge the value from a clean, fair stance.
   2. We shall never benefit from using duty or position and never steal company property. We shall control ourselves strictly and shall clarify business and private matters.
5. Faithful Job Performance
   1. We shall never tell a lie, pervert the truth, or hide it when we report, inform, or talk to anyone. We shall immediately report the current information and take the appropriate actions.
   2. We shall perform business with a strong sense of responsibility, faithfulness, and fairness, and shall have responsibility for our own behavior.
6. Attitude to Antisocial Forces
   1. We shall never respond to threats from antisocial forces and shall never compromise on our own beliefs.
7. Anti-Corruption
   1. We shall always exercise strong self-control in handling company money as well as private funds appropriately, and work consistently.
   2. We shall always implement fair accounting for work-related expenses.
   3. We shall always keep business activities within reasonable bounds that do not create suspicion or mistrust, keeping humility and integrity in mind.
8. Thorough Information Management
   1. We shall appropriately manage not only work-related, confidential information, such as finance, sales, technology and production but also all personal information.
   2. We shall never trade treasury stock according to work-related undisclosed information that can severely affect stock price.
