We have obtained ISO 9001 certification which is international quality management system for the entire company including research departments, and we have ensured that we are constantly improving quality. Additionally, we conduct thorough quality control on all stage from research and development through commercial production. We not only maintain this high level of quality, but also work toward continuous improvement of quality to take our production technologies to the next level.

Quality Control
System
and Process
in Production Stage
We have traceability system in place by recording operation from receipt of raw materials through release of products.
- 1. Receipt of raw materials
- When we receive raw materials, we inspect the quality of all materials, and only material judged as Pass is supplied to the factory.
- 2. Manufacture
- We manufacture products with stable quality under thorough process control including in-process control. In addition, we have established safe, stable manufacturing management system through preparation of SOPs(Standard Operating Procedures), and maintenance of work environment and health management of employees
- 3.Release
- In release inspection, we judge whether the final product meets the specification which the customer requires or not. In addition, we deliver products with stable quality to our customer through release control prior to release.
